Foundations are going in. The steel is built.

Foundation work is running across the arena footprint and the CRS wall is up along the site edge. The steel frame has been fabricated and primed at the works. We start erecting once one signature comes through.

One approval chain, and we are at the first link

Each step unlocks the next. Our paperwork is done and lodged at every stage; what we are waiting on is the MRO signature to start the chain.

Revenue sketch
Lodged with F-Line and tax records. Waiting on the MRO to sign.
STEP 02
Architect certification
GHMC-empanelled architect certifies the drawing. Drawing complete at v6.1.
STEP 03
Build Now filing
Application goes into the Telangana Build Now portal once certified.
STEP 04
Erection
Steel comes off the works and goes up on the finished foundations.

Everything within our control is done. We are pushing daily for the MRO signature and will confirm the erection programme the day it lands.
